Khismet returns to winning ways

Khismet, a dual-winner at two for Rae, added another success to her record sheet when taking the Ryan Asset Management Selling Stakes over 1m 2f at Lingfield Park this afternoon (Monday).

After jumping off well, the daughter of Kheleyf was given a front-running rider under Charles Eddery, and was travelling best of the five runners at three-out; approaching two-out she had her rivals hard at work and extended her advantage within the final furlong to win readily by seven lengths.

Congratulations go to Rae who owns the filly, Sille who looks after her at home and, of course, Charles for the ride.

Dominance gets off the mark in style

Dominance, a good looking daughter of Lilbourne Lad, stepped up to the mark in tonight's (Friday) 5f Maiden Stakes at Chelmsford City to take the spoils on only her second racecourse outing.

She had shown ability on her debut in December, when finishing second of nine, and with a positive ride from Silvestre De Sousa she raced on readily inside the final furlong to win by three and three quarter lengths this time around.

Congratulations go to owners The Storm Again Syndicate and Charlotte who looks after her - well done all!
