Kachumba now a 5 time winner

Kachumba ran another solid race yesterday at Brighton in the Fillies' Handicap Stakes (Class 5) at 6:40. She had 4 wins last year and has been knocking on the door for another having been placed 3 times already this year. She didn't start well but really got into the race with 2 furlongs to go leaving the field in her wake. We hope the Handicapper doesn't react too strongly! It was great that two of our Bucket List Syndicate members, Tom and Jason were there to enjoy their first win with her. I think they are still buzzing from the experience which is exactly the reason for setting this particular syndicate up and give first timers the chance to experience the thrill of racehorse ownership at an affordable price. It was also a first time win for Henrietta's colours which was very exciting.
