Aramis Grey

6 g m Gutaifan – Sveva (Danehill Dancer)

(The Musketeers)

She is such a pretty filly, a real ladies’ horse - a striking grey with a white blaze and an early birthday.  She is from the first crop of speedy 2 year old Gutaifan, the winner of the Group 2 Prix Robert Papin, her dam is closely related to sire Intikhab. She is unbelievably tough and consistent and from 36 lifetime starts she has 10 wins, 12 seconds and 4 third place finishes both on the all weather and the turf. Her most recent win came this month in a Fillies' Conditions Stakes at Lingfield which was a qualifier for the valuable All-Weather Championships Final at Newcastle so it is highly likely she will be targeted at that.

Cry Havoc

6 b m War Command – Na Zdorovie (Cockney Rebel)

(The Musketeers)

This strong looking filly is by Coventry and Dewhurst winner War Command out of the Cockney Rebel mare Na Zdorovie. She was The Musketeers first runner and made a very successful start to her racing career as she won as a two year old followed by a further two wins and several good placings as a three year old. She was then struck by serious injury in the spring of her four year old year. Following lifesaving surgery she had a lengthy sabbatical from the racecourse of ten months so it was fantastic to get her back into the winners enclosure twice last year almost two years on from her last victory. She had a break before Christmas and is now back cantering and getting fit ready for the new season.

Daytona Beach

B f 2019 Dubawi - Dalkova (Galileo)

(Rachel Flynn)

She is an unraced filly by perennial champion sire Dubawi, whose achievements are too many to list, out of a Listed winning Galileo mare. Bought out of Simon and Ed Crisford's yard in December 2022 she has had two quiet runs in National Hunt flat races and will now be turned away for a break.

Eklil

B g 2019 Invincible Spirit - Raaqy (Dubawi)

(Derek Willis)

A very handsome gelding formerly trained by Owen Burrows and bought by Derek Willis at the horses in training sales in 2021. His form when he arrived was less than impressive but he came with a high reputation and Rae has worked wonders with him !

When he joined us he was given a two month break after which he had four runs on the all weather over the winter where he showed progressive improvement. In early February last year he was gelded and on his return to the track in April he won his first race. Since then he has gone from strength to strength. He won another race in June at Bath and also had two seconds and a third placing. He has been gradually stepped up in distance, his last run was over 1m 4f and he appeared to appreciate every yard of it. He has had a break over Christmas and has done well for it and is now back cantering and getting fit for the new season.

Jewel In My Crown

Grey filly 2018 Mukhadram - Rosa Grace (Lomitas)

 (Mr Eamonn Duggan)

Another filly out of our former stable star Rosa Grace (on the Wall of Fame as the winner of the Listed Ballymacoll Stakes). She is by Group 1 winning Shamardal horse Mukhadram, winner of the Coral Eclipse Stakes in 2014 so is bred to stay. She is the winner of six races and has numerous placings to her name. It would be nice to emulate her dam and get some black type under her belt. She has had her winter break and has started back cantering for the build up to the new season. She is very fresh and well !

Land of Winter

7 b g Camelot – Gaselee (Toccet)

(Mr Paul Smith & Rae Guest)

Another by high class Derby winner Camelot, this good looking horse is the last foal of his dam Gaselee.  She was a winner and Listed fourth for Rae and was from the good Niarchos family of Group 1 winners Hernando and Johann Quatz. At seven years old Land of Winter is the grand old gentleman of the yard. He has matured into a useful distance horse running in the better class handicaps. He is the winner of five races and has numerous placings to his name over distances ranging from 1m 3f to 2m 1f. He was turned out for a winter break but is now back with us and has started cantering.

One Colour

Ch f 2019 Teofilo - Bluefire (Distorted Humour)

(Rachel Flynn)

A four year old filly whom Rae bought out of Saeed Bin Suroor's yard in December 2022, she is racy and active. She is by the excellent Darley sire Teofilo, who was an unbeaten champion two year old and has become a high class sire and is out of a Listed placed mare. She came to us unraced but has made her debut in a National Hunt Flat Race at Huntingdon.
