Afloat

Bay filly (2020) Sea The Moon - Planete Bleue (Dansili)

(Jon Mitchell)

She is a rangy filly by Sea The Moon, sire of Arriviste, who we love obviously, out of a winning Dansili mare. The big name on her page is champion older stayer and 3 x Ascot Gold Cup winner Stradivarius. She was talent spotted by owners Jon and Sophie Mitchell from the breeze up sales last year although she didn't run as a two year old. This season she has recorded back to back wins in 1m 2f handicaps

Aramis Grey

Grey mare (2017) Gutaifan – Sveva (Danehill Dancer)

(The Musketeers)

She is such a pretty filly, a real ladies’ horse - a striking grey with a white blaze and an early birthday.

She is from the first crop of speedy 2 year old Gutaifan, the winner of the Group 2 Prix Robert Papin, her dam is closely related to sire Intikhab. She is unbelievably tough and consistent and from 42 lifetime starts she has 10 wins, 15 seconds and 7 third place finishes both on the all weather and the turf. This season she made her first venture into Listed company in the Cecil Frail Stakes at Haydock and finished third gaining some valuable black type in the process. She has now been turned away for a break following a busy season and will be targeted at the all weather sprint final in the spring when she comes back in.

Bondi Bay

Bay filly (2020) Australia - Alsaaden (Acclamation)

(BB Thoroughbreds)

By top Coolmore sire dual Derby winner Australia, already the sire of several Group winners from two crops of racing age (including classic winner Galileo Chrome and Breeders' Cup Mile winner Order of Australia), we had her sisters Waltzing Queen and Waltzing Intime, also out of Alsaaden, a winning Acclamation daughter of Bahia Breeze. She is an attractive filly with a lovely temperament who never made it to the racecourse as a two year old but has certainly made up for it this season with a second and two wins from only four starts.

Daytona Beach

Bay filly (2019) Dubawi - Dalkova (Galileo)

(Rachel Flynn)

She is by perennial champion sire Dubawi, whose achievements are too many to list, out of a Listed winning Galileo mare. B

ought out of Simon and Ed Crisford's yard unraced in December 2022 she won her first race in a National Hunt flat race at Worcester.

Divina Grace

Bay filly (2020) Golden Horn - Beautiful Forest (Nayef)

(Top Hat & Tails)

By champion three year old, Derby and Eclipse winner Golden Horn out of a very well related Nayef mare, she boasts a lovely Godolphin page, her second dam is Group 3 winner Baya, the dam of Group winners Birthstone and Songcraft. She had five runs last year which included a win in a Newmarket maiden and two placings. Her first start this year was a winning one in a mile and a quarter handicap at Chepstow and after being placed in competitive handicaps at Goodwood and Newbury she has won twice more since. In her most recent start she posted a career best effort when winning a Class 2 handicap at Newmarket's Cambridgeshire meeting. She has now been turned away for a well earned break after a successful season.

War Chant

Bay gelding (2020) War Command - Fanci That (Elnadim)

(Miss Vicky Markowiak)

This handsome chap is out of Fanci That, home bred by Vicky Markowiak. His dam (also trained by Rae and bred by Vicky) was fragile and more talented than her form would suggest. War Command is the sire of our own classy Cry Havoc. War Chant has proved a model of consistency this season recording a hatrick of wins and a second place. He has now been turned away for a well earned holiday.

Kissogram

Bay filly (2020) Ruler of The World - Formidable Guest  (Dilshaan)

(Miss Vicky Markowiak)

A stocky filly by Derby winner Ruler of The World, himself a very handsome horse, she is out of the nine time winner Formidable Guest, which makes her a half sister to our own Kiss Kiss, a good looking filly who was a seven furlong winner and placed second twice for the yard in 2022. She is a new arrival into the yard.
