Chestnut Colt Decorated Knight - Latiffa (Kingman)
16 February 2023
(Mr Jon Mitchell)
This compact chesnut colt is the first foal of his unraced dam, a well related daughter of the mighty Kingman from the family of Group 2 winners Aljazzi and Running Lion. His sire Decorated Knight was a multiple Group 1 winner at a mile and a quarter.

Bay Filly Gregorian - If So (Iffraaj)
08 April 2023
(The Chestnut Tree Syndicate)
A strong, attractive filly whose dam was a four time winner and has produced four winners so far from her six foals to race, this one is by Hungerford winner Gregorian. Her female family is the brilliantly fast family of The Tin Man, Deacon Blues and now Group 1 Champion Sprint winner Kind of Blue (the day after Rae bought her!).
Unnamed
Bay Filly Sea the Moon - Rosa Grace (Lomitas)
(Mr Eamonn Duggan)
Eamonn Duggan’s last home bred out of Rosa Grace who has served him so well both on the track and ultimately as a broodmare, producing 3 x winner Rosa Gold, 6 x winner and Listed placed Jewel in my Crown and the most recent winner Lia Rose. This bay filly is by Sea the Moon, the fantastic German Derby winner who stands at Kirsten Rausing’s Lanwades Stud and is an established source of top class middle distance horses including Fantastic Moon, Alpine Star, not to mention our own Arriviste.
Unnamed
Bay Filly Bated Breath ex Alsaaden (Acclamation)
(BB Thoroughbreds)
This one is a sister to the ill-fated Bondi Bay for whom we had such high hopes. She is by Bated Breath who is a reliable source of sprint winners and from the family of former stable star Bahia Breeze.
Arrivera
Bay Filly Study of Man ex Arriviste (Sea The Moon)
(Miss Kirsten Rausing)
The first and sadly only foal of Arriviste, whom Rae and Rachel thought so much of, she is Lanwades bred through and through and third generation of her family to be trained at Chestnut Tree Stables by Study of Man whose first crop have been such a revelation as three year olds in 2024.
